Greetings dear friends and family....this blog of mine is ever evolving! It has become another creative outlet for me... a journal of sorts where when i find myself needing to put pen to paper...this is the place for it to happen, a little haven for expression... it is also a place for sharing ideas and tidbits ive learned here and there. You will hear alot about my family (cause Im crazy about them) and you just might become a bit irritated that i write in punctuation marks way toooo often!

i follow him as best i can here in this place…one day i will see him as he is and what a glorious meeting that will be! until then i’m a sojourner, just passing through…enjoying the journey!

….as my son Jeremiah says cooking is my “art form” I just love getting together with good friends to enjoy a good meal. Ridding my bike on the beach and jet skiing really fast with my sons. Being on or in the the ocean and sweet times of private worship... just me and my guitar are a few of my favorite things! (though i love and cherish when my daughter joins in...we love to sing together!) I enjoy getting my hands in the dirt (gardening ) hiking, being in the mtns, discovering new places, meeting new people, and being with the ones I love.

I try to embrace the blessings God gives with a thankful heart. I have in recent years discovered i have a heart for missions (thanks to my wonderful son inviting me along). I was able to go to Africa and loved every minute serving. (i guess it’s never too late to discover new things about yourself!)

I am happily married these last 25 years (2/1986) to a good man who keeps me laughing and never takes anything too serious!! So joy and laughter have always permeated our home life! We have three amazing children, a wonderful new daughter in law and precious grand baby girl, who bring such joy to our lives!
