Making Spiced Cider with Emma

My niece Emma and I enjoy making the spiced Apple Cider each Thanksgiving, she is in second grade and calls me Ayi (chinese for Aunt) She loves playing with her puppy Peaches and helping in the kitchen! Her favorite part of school is recess!
She is a treasure to our family and brings us Joy!

Emma and our ingredients 

Apple Cider, Oj, cinnamon sticks, cloves and an orange

her favorite part...decorating the orange with cloves!

and dropping the orange into the Apple cider and Orange juice!

I use one bottle of Apple cider, and 4 cups of Orange juice.

Dont forget a few cinnamon sticks! Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer....enjoy!
